Symptoms of Heart Attack

The heart feels burdensome, burning or pinching which may last longer than a few minutes during a heart attack.  Also, particularly keep in mind that heart problems or a heart attack without chest pain is common among women.

Most common symptom for women

Women are more likely to get indigestion, heartburn, nausea, vomiting or stomach pain compared to men.  There may be an upset stomach for many reasons but you need to be cautious that it can also happen as symptoms of heart attack.

Other symptoms for women

If anyone experiences severe pain or pressure in the center of the chest spreading into the throat/jaw, that can also be a sign of a heart attack.  It always starts from the chest and moves outward causing arm pain causing heart attacks later.

Heart attack causes pain

For no obvious reason, breaking out in a cold sweat/ feeling unsteady all of a sudden with shortness of breath could also be a heart attack signal, as there are chances where the heart isn’t able to pump the way it should.

Sweating, Dizziness  or Lightheaded

In most cases, persistent cough cannot be heart attack symptoms.   But, if anyone is prone to a heart disease or disorder, pay attention to the possibility because a long-lasting cough that produces a pink or white mucus, could be a sign of heart failure.

Immediate attention  To persistent cough

A normal heart can get nervous or excited or skip or add a beat once in a while but if anyone feels like the heart is beating often or for more than a few seconds, check it with a doctor.

What is an irregular Heartbeat?

Swollen Ankles, Legs and Feet is a sign of a heart attack when blood backs up in the veins, the heart doesn’t pump blood fast enough as it should, making the kidneys harder to remove extra water, sodium from the body.

The dangerous symptom  (heart attack)

Usually, loud snoring like choking or gasping can be a sign of sleep apnea causing extra stress in the heart.  Check with a doctor if anyone needs a sleep study to see if they have symptoms of heart attack.

Do not ignore loud snoring
